Cambridge Institute delivers flexible, high-quality training to support learners pursuing the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ). Our services include:

Live Virtual Classes (daytime and evening)
Self-Paced Online Learning (on-demand, flexible access)
Comprehensive support including videos, slides, quizzes, and tutor interaction

All content is structured around the APM Body of Knowledge.

2. No University Affiliation

Cambridge Institute is an independent training provider.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the University of Cambridge, and we do not intend to pursue any such relationship.

3. Enrollment

Our courses are open to learners of all ages and professional backgrounds. No prior experience is required.

4. Payments & Klarna Installments

Payment is due in full upon enrollment unless using Klarna.
We offer payment through Klarna, subject to their eligibility checks and terms. Learn more at klarna.com.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of our courses and the limited seats in live classes, no refunds are provided under any circumstances.

6. Virtual Class Attendance & Flexibility

If you are unable to attend your scheduled virtual class due to illness or unexpected circumstances, we will offer you the opportunity to join a different group at a later date, subject to availability.

Please notify us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

7. Course Access & Data Retention

You will have access to your purchased course for up to 18 months.
Once you obtain your PFQ certification, your personal data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.
If certification is not completed, data will still be deleted after 18 months from the date of purchase.

We adhere to GDPR and take your data privacy seriously.

8. Use of Course Materials

All course materials are for individual use only. You may not:

Share your login or download links with others
Reproduce, record, or redistribute content
Use any material for commercial or teaching purposes

Violations will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All course content, branding, and platform materials are the intellectual property of Cambridge Institute. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
